Bartolo Colon pitched 5 dominant innings in Pawtucket last night and left to a standing ovation from the frost bitten crowd. Donning short sleeves in very cold conditions, Colon made short work of the Indianapolis Indians. He topped out at 96 miles an hour.
If Colon can become a contributor to the Red Sox rotation this season, the loss of Schilling could become a non factor in 2008.
